Objective To observe the clinical effect of instantaneous traction plus hydraulic pressure separting on lumber disc hemia-tion. Methods 586 patients with lumber disc hemiation were treated with instantaneous traction plus hydraukk pressure sepa-tiong. Results The treatments resulted in complete recovery of 418 patients and elementary recovery of 106 ones, and showed effectiveness on the others. The tootal efficiency was 100%. Conclusion It is suggested that instantaneous traction plis hydraulic pressure separating be surely effective on lumber disc hemiation if doctors pay attention to the mapnipulation which need to be suitable for the direction and severity of lumber disc heniation.
