Separation of Acid and Arsenic from Waste Liquid after Selenium Extraction from Ni-Mo Ore Smelting Dust with Ion Exchange Membrane

The mechanism of separating acid and arsenic from waste liquor after selenium extraction by using anion exchange membrane was discussed. The average diffusion velocity of H~+ and Na~+ using the selected 1~# and 3~# anion exchange membrane was investigated by diffusion dialysis static test. The variation of H~+ concentration in the diffusion chamber and dialysis room with time during the diffusion dialysis process was studied,and the separation coefficients of acid and salt by 1~# and 3~# anion exchange membrane were calculated to be 5. 87 and 10. 98,respectively. It is concluded that acid and salt separation effect by 1~# anion exchange membrane is better than that by 3~# anion exchange membrane.
