It is only when the operation of game players produces original work that their behavior can be identified as an act of creation. Game graphics are classified as audiovisual works. Based on the source of originality of an audiovisual work, game players may make their contribution original in "content generation" or "image shooting". From the perspective of content generation, it is more likely for the game players′ operation to generate original content in non-competitive games than others. In terms of image shooting, only when the player performs according to a self-made script, can the operation be recognized as originality.
