Optimization design of sheave structure of light load stamping inspection machine

This paper analyzes the unstable working motion conditions of the external meshing linear sheave mechanism of the light load stamping inspection machine, establishes the mathematical model of the sheave curve, explores the determination method of the combined contour line of the optimal design, the sheave curve and the intersection position of the straight line, draws the sheave curve contour by using the Matlab visual program, simulates and verifies the two kinds of optimized sheave mechanisms by Pro/E, and obtains a sheave mechanism with better performance. The verification results show that the optimized sheave structure greatly reduces the impact phenomenon of sheave movement and improves the reliability of work.
