Analysis on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Children’s Snacks Safety in China

Based on the attention of the governments and the parents to the safety status of children's snacks,this paper analyzes the safety status of Children's snacks in China by starting with the list of unqualified food released by the State Administration for Market Regulation in the past 3 years from January,2019 to December,2021,and finds that the current situation of children's snacks in China is generally safe.However,there are still many problems such as microbial contamination,excessive use of additives and substandard quality indexes,etc.Further,targeted management countermeasures are put forward from the level of managers,producers and operators,and consumers,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel to study the safety of children's snacks.
