Current Situation and Countermeasures of Central Kitchen Industry

The central kitchen is a standardized and large-scale operation mode in the modern catering industry and plays a vital role in the standardized operation of large-scale catering enterprises.This paper summarizes the industrial development status,advantages,and existing problems of the central kitchens,looks forward to the development trend of central kitchens in the future,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
