Application of Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay in the Detection of Food Microorganisms

Food microbiological detection is the focus of attention and discussion. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)is widely used in the field of food safety because of its high efficiency in the identification of microbial food-borne pathogens. This paper introduces the development status and technical principle of enzymelinked immunosorbent technology. Through the research of relevant literature at home and abroad, the classification methods, advantages and disadvantages of ELISA technology are analyzed, and the application of ELISA technology in the field of food microbial detection is discussed, in order to provide reference for ensuring people's food safety.
