A Study of Building College Sports Flipped Classroom Based on ARCS Model

In the post-pandemic era, carrying out research on the resource construction of sports flipped classrooms in colleges and universities is the guarantee for preventing the outbreak of the new crown epidemic and implementing online sports courses, which is of great significance for accelerating the construction of high-quality sports classrooms and expanding students' sports vision. Using the ARCS model, the structure of “four-in-one” of attentional motivation, association motivation, self-confidence motivation and satisfaction motivation in the college sports flipped classroom in students' learning is analyzed. Based on the investigation of major online flipped classroom platforms in China, the study found that a single teaching method, insufficient curriculum resources, virtual evaluation methods, and hindered development paths are the practical difficulties affecting the development of sports flipped classrooms in colleges and universities, especially the construction of sports quality courses. The research on the integration of motivation theory into the construction of college sports flipped classrooms includes: realizing attention motivation on the premise of stimulating students' interest; Guided by students' knowledge and ability, experience to achieve correlation motivation; Blended learning complements self-confidence motivation; With diverse evaluation, the way to achieve the satisfaction of motivation is to promote the innovative, pluralistic and diversified high-quality development of courses in college sports flipped classrooms, and provide inexhaustible impetus for promoting the construction of college sports flipped classrooms.
