Fault Location Recognition of Towering Chemical Tower Based on Support Vector

Aiming at the problem that the current fault location recognition methods for towering chemical tower equipment have poor ability to analyze equipment operation data, which leads to poor accuracy of fault location recognition for towering chemical tower equipment, a fault location recognition method for towering chemical tower equipment based on support vector is proposed.The support vector machine(SVM) diagnosis model of equipment operation data was constructed by using statistical analysis method.The original data of towering chemical tower equipment are statistically analyzed, and the VC method is selected to evaluate the data analysis results, and the data is used to build the finite element model of the towering chemical tower, acquire equipment fault history data, calculate fault characteristic parameters, realize fault location identification and diagnosis combined with chemical tower model, and construct application test link.The test results show that the data analysis link of this method has been improved and optimized, and the ability for identifying fault data and locating equipment fault location has been further improved.
