This paper uses the advantages of single-chip microcomputer, such as high-speed computing ability, convenient input and output ability and convenient storage, to design the original manual stamping operation with high labor intensity, low precision and low efficiency as an automatic punch feeding system to realize high-speed feeding, accurate positioning Easy to operate automatic control system.The system includes mechanical part, circuit control part, single-chip microcomputer control module, remote control module,display module, etc. users only need to input the size of the plate and the size of the stamping part. This equipment can complete the stamping task at high speed and accurately, solve the problems of high labor intensity and waste materials of workers, and can also be used in plate shears, drilling machines, cutting machines and other equipment.
