In order to study the influencing factors of corrugations in the bending process of farm tractor fender, the finite element analysis software Dynaform was used to simulate and study the different materials, thickness and whether there is a drawing bar, and then to make analysis and comparison. The results show that when aluminum alloy 6061,galvanized steel DQSK and mild steel B170P1 are used as sheet material for bending, there are different degrees of wrinkling. Aluminum alloy 6061 has almost no wrinkling and cracking, and mild steel B170P1 has less wrinkling than galvanized steel DQSK,but both of them have different degrees of cracking. On the basis of the same material, the appropriate increase of material thickness can reduce wrinkling and cracking. The simulation results show that the drawing bar can greatly reduce wrinkling and cracking. Through this study, wrinkling and cracking can be effectively reduced and avoided, and the service performance and life of farm tractor fender can be improved.
