Improvement of teaching literacy of medical teachers in the context of artificial intelligence

In the age of artificial intelligence, significant changes have taken place in medical teaching models and teaching methods, which also put forward higher requirements for medical teachers' teaching literacy.This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by medical teachers in the age of artificial intelligence, explores the new connotation of medical teachers' teaching literacy in colleges and universities in the context of artificial intelligence, and elaborates feasible strategies to improve their teaching literacy.By changing educational concepts, innovating teaching methods, focusing on teaching by words and deeds, building humanistic care, and consolidating professional ethics, the teaching literacy of medical teachers can be further improved, so as to provide better quality assurance for medical education in medical colleges and universities.
