Preliminary study and reform of the “Medicine+X” compound talent training model

Medical education is the key of the medical and health care development.With the rapid development of high technology and information big data, the development of medicine needs to rely more on the coordinated development of multiple disciplines.Therefore, the training of “Medical+X” compound talents is the focal point and popular spot of current medical education.This article intends to analyze the difficulties faced by the background of “Medical+X” talent training and the current situation of compound talent training: insufficient training model design, lack of fixed organizational ownership, imperfect academic management and academic evaluation systems, traditional educational concepts, and is trying to explore a more complete “Medical+X” compound talent training model from multiple perspectives, such as platform construction, scientific management, teacher team construction, teaching and curriculum system construction, cooperation and exchange, guarantee mechanism construction, and achievement evaluation system construction.
