Positive effect of innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students under the tutor system of scientific research team on the study of preventive medicine undergraduates

There is a relatively backward problem in the study of preventive medicine majors, which leads to students' low professional awareness in the first half of the study, lack of opportunities for professional practice, and little interest in learning.To address this problem, a tutor system of scientific research team aimed to advance the enlightenment, cognition, learning and practice of the preventive medicine major of undergraduates was established to help students get in touch with majors, teachers and scientific research, to provide students with opportunities for practice and training, to cultivate students' practical ability, scientific research thinking and professional interest, and to improve professional awareness, professional learning effect, students' academic and career planning awareness.The results suggested that implementation of the tutor system of scientific research team can effectively improve the professional awareness, enthusiasm of participating in scientific research, academic performance, graduate admission school ranking and graduation thesis quality of preventive medicine undergraduates.Thus, it is a talent training system worthy of further investigation and promotion.
