Innovation and practice of O-PIRTAS teaching model of Medical Management in the context of new medicine

Objective To evaluate and discuss the training effect, we designed a new flipped training model of Medical Management based on O-PIRTAS in view of the talent training requirements under the background of new medical sciences and the transformation of university training model in the post-epidemic era.Methods This study was based on the curriculum reform of Medical Management and took O-PIRTAS as the training model.Taking Objective(training purpose),Preparation(pre-class preparation),Instructional video(training video),Review(knowledge review),Test(knowledge test),Activity(discussion and interaction)and Summary(summary and improvement)as a key point, it evaluates the training effect from two aspects: formative assessment and summative assessment finally.Results The intervention of information means improved the quality of classroom training, and also improved the students' positive capability and enthusiasm for learning, made full use of the time inside and outside class, and the students' grades were significantly improved, which played important training effect in the flipped classroom training model.Conclusion The flipped training mode of Medical Management based on O-PIRTAS improves the effect of online training, provides an important reference for the transformation of university training mode in the post-epidemic period, and also provides a new idea for talent training mode under the background of new medical science.
