Objective To investigate the training channel of medical humanistic multi education guided by humanistic competence of clinical posts. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 2 521 medical undergraduates in medical colleges in Shaanxi province by using convenient sampling method, and the influencing factors of clinical humanities post competency were analyzed. The research contents include the views on medical humanities, the cultivation of medical humanities quality, and the suggestion on medical humanities courses. Results The senior students' under standing of medical humanities was significantly higher than that of the junior students.Senior students pay less attention to medical humanities than junior students, and students majoring in clinical medicine and traditional Chinese medicine pay less attention to medical humanities than other majors. The imperfect medical humanities curriculum system, the lack of humanistic connotation in the campus environment, and the lack of humanistic quality evaluation indicators are the primary influencing factors of clinical humanities post competency.Medical humanistic quality needs to be cultivated from many aspects. Conclusion Medical colleges should focus on reconstructing the clinical medical humanities curriculum system, digging deep into the humanities education channels outside the curriculum, and building a clinical medical humanities training system with multiple education channels, so as to further strengthen the construction of clinical humanities post competency, and finally build a medical humanities multiple education channel.
