Research on Family Education Related to Juvenile Delinquency from the Perspective of Procuratorial Inspection

Family education problems are often an important cause of minors slipping into delinquency.Since 2020,several laws,such as the Family Education Promotion Law,have clarified the importance and basic requirements of family education guidance,and the legal system of family education has become increasingly complete,but a series of problems have gradually emerged in its implementation.Based on the procuratorial perspective and in light of the family education behind crimes committed by minors in judicial practice,this paper attempts to sort out the history of state intervention in family education,analyze the current situation and challenges related to family education for intervention for delinquent minors,and proposes a path for improving family education for delinquent minors.The aim of this study is to help raise guardians' awareness of their responsibilities,bring into play the effective role of state intervention,strengthen the protection of minors and prevent as well as reduce juvenile delinquency.
