Analysis on monitoring results of health hazards in public places in Xiqing District of Tianjin from 2019-2021

Objective To understand the basic health status of public places in Xiqing District of Tianjin,master the main health hazard elements in key public places in the region,and evaluate the health risks by monitoring health hazard factors in some public places in Xiqing District of Tianjin from 2019-2021,and provide technical support for strengthening public health management and prevention and control of infectious diseases. Methods The health hazard factors were detected according to the requirements of Part 1-5 of Hygienic Inspection Method for Public Places in GB/T 18204-2013. Results A total of 240 public places were monitored from 2019-2021,and the qualified rates were 25.00%,62.50% and 69.00%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(χ~2=41.93,P0.05). From 2019-2021,13 485 samples were monitored,and the qualified rates were 94.35%,97.45% and 97.77%,respectively,with statistically significant differences (χ~2=90.57,P0.05). Among the different types of public places monitored,the qualified rate was the highest in hotel industry(64.44%) and the lowest in swimming and bathing places(18.18%),with statistical significance (χ~2=29.25,P0.05). The qualified rate of noise decreased year by year,and the difference was statistically significant (χ~2=60.55,P0.05). The qualified rates of public goods and appliances from 2019-2021 were 98.00%,100.00% and 100.00%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant (χ~2=104.78,P0.05). Conclusion The overall health status of public places in Xiqing District of Tianjin was good,especially in 2020 and 2021,the qualification rate of each items have significantly increased compared with 2019.
