Numerical Simulation on Temperature Field of Cylinder Workpiece in High Frequency Induction Cladding

Using electromagnetic-thermal coupling technology in finite element method,the temperature field model of Cylinder Workpiece in induction cladding was established,the temperature distribution,variation and influence factors in induction cladding was studied.The results show that,in the cladding process,the current frequency,density and heating time have obvious influence on temperature field.In addition,under high frequency current,it is an obvious characteristics in induction cladding that high temperature tends to the cladding layer.
