The Effects of Aerobics Calisthenics Exercise on Mood and Mental Health of Female University

In order to study the effect of aerobic calisthenics exercise on body self-esteem,mood and mental health indexes among female collegians.This paper tested the body self-esteem,mood and mental health indexes after sixty minute aerobic calisthenics.Results: The total sum of PSPP was significantly increased after four weeks and after eight weeks(p0.05).The TMD,strain,self-esteem were changed remarkable after four weeks.There were significantly changed in TMD,depress,self-esteem after four weeks(P0.05).All of indexes were changed remarkable after eight weeks(P0.05).Conclusion: Eight weeks aerobic calisthenics exercise can facilitate increase or improve the level of the body self-esteem,mood and mental health,which is helpful for the female college students to reduce the negative ingredient on mood and mental,and increase the positive ingredient,help to improve the mood and mental.It was facilitate to body and mind health.
