Analysis of Dynamic Characteristics for Cylinder Reinforced Concrete Silo Supported by Columns-cylinder

The tube column supporting type reinforced concrete circular silo structure in Dujiangyan is taken as an example for the analysis of dynamic characteristics of tube-column supporting type concrete silos.The research indicates that the silo supported by columns-cylinder is weakened,and the weakening degree is between that of the silo supported by columns and silo supported by cylinder.Therefore,its stiffness and dynamic characteristics are between that of them.And its movement state is mainly horizontal when the natural frequency is lower while its movement state is mainly twisting when the natural frequency is higher.The conclusion can be used as a reference for seismic response analysis and application in engineering.
